Which car seats are compatible with a Mompush Stroller?
The Ultimate2, Meteor2 and Wiz are compatible with the following car seat models, when using our Car Seat Adapter:
- Maxi-Cosi AP, XP, Mico (30, Max 30, Max Plus)
- Nuna (Pipa, Pipa Lite, Lite LX, Lite RX, and RX)
* Please notice the car seat adapter is included in the Ultiamte2 and Meteor2 stroller package. For Wiz, the car seat adapter is sold separately.
What materials are used in Mompush Strollers?
Like everything we do, our product materials are selected with safety, functionality, and durability in mind. Our stroller frame is built with anodized aluminum to support a smooth and secure ride. Our handlebar features a leatherette grip and contains no animal by-products (which is true of all Mompush products). Our seat and basket are made of polyester with organic cotton approved by OEKO-TEX® stands.
What testing and safety protocols do you follow?
We meet (and often exceed) the highest governmental regulations set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International, most recently the ASTM F833-15 standard. Additionally, we submit all of our fabrics and materials to testing for harmful substances such as lead, phthalates, mercury, and cadmium.
Are the bassinet approved for overnight sleeping?
Our Ultimate2 bassinets are not tested for overnight sleeping, and we recommend regularly monitoring your baby while they nap in the pram. Currently, there are no safety standards for bassinet sleeping in the U.S. While some companies claim compliance with international standards, industry experts advise that pram bassinets are not safe sleeping environments. Pram bassinet are narrower than regular sleeping bassinets, and even with breathable mesh sides, a baby’s nose pressing against the mesh can pose a suffocation risk. (Note: Babies primarily breathe through their noses until at least 4 months old.)
I received the stroller, but the color is a little different from what I saw from my computer.
We have tried to keep the color look close to the real product, but the color displayed by each device will vary depending on the monitor.
How do I clean the stroller?
Our stroller materials are purposefully resistant to spills and stains, and should effortlessly wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. All removable polyester material can be quickly removed and thrown in the washing machine again and again.
Shipping
When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders usually ship 1-2 business days after being received and authorized before 12PM EST (M-F), varying by order volume.
How long does shipping usually take?
Once shipped, it typically takes 1-4 business days for your order to reach your doorstep (5-9 business days for Alaska and Hawaii). Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, and you’ll automatically receive all tracking numbers as soon as they're assigned.
Do I need to pay shipping if I make return?
Don't worry, we've got you covered. You will receive free prepaid return label from us.
Warranty
When does the warranty apply?
Mompush offers a 4-year warranty on all strollers. Please note that this 4-year warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable. We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Mompush stroller. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your stroller must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction videos.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranties cover the original purchaser for any issues that arise due to manufacturing defects. They do not cover issues arising from misuse or from normal wear and tear (such as stains, scratches, and other forms of cosmetic damage). Where do I submit warranty claim?

What is the product registration page used for?
In the unlikely event of a safety alert or recall, we would notify you based on the contact and product information you provided on the Register Product page. We encourage all our customers to register their stroller just in case.
Return Policy
What is 100-day trial and return policy?
We want you to love your Mompush products. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 100 days of delivery for a hassle-free, complimentary return.
Does my product need to be unopened or unused?
No. We encourage you to use your product fully and experience everything it has to offer.
Do I need to save the original box?
It’s not necessary to save the original box, but we highly recommend it. If you decide to return the item, using the original packaging ensures the product is well-protected during shipping and helps make the return process smoother. Keeping the box handy is a smart choice just in case!
When will I receive refund?
The refund process will start once we have received the return product(s) at our facilities. All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please allow Mompush 3-5 business days to process the return and an additional 3-7 business days to have it reflected on your account, depending on the financial institution. (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)
