How to return a product

  • Go
  • Fill out the order number and your email address
  • Select which products you’d like to return and the reason for returning them
  • A shipping label will be generated after approved, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the order
  • Attach the shipping label to the box
  • Drop off the parcel at a designated carrier's drop-off location 
  • Once we have received the product, it will take 1-3 business days for you to receive you refund.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order within 60 days from the original purchase date to receive a full refund. When returning a product, please bear in mind that it should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, preferably with the original packaging. You're welcome to take the product out of the packaging to assess if it meets your expectations. However, if the product gets damaged during this process, it's possible that you may not qualify for a full refund.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

The product must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage, scratches, and with all original labels, usage instructions, guarantee leaflets, hangtags, and wrappings intact. It is preferable for the product to be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We understand that you may have taken the product out of the box to assess whether it meets your expectations.

However, please be aware that if any damage is observed on the product upon its return, Mompush reserves the right to withhold a full refund.

We offer free returns for all strollers.

The refund process will commence once we have received the returned product(s) at our facilities. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Kindly allow Mompush 3 to 5 business days to process the return, and an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a process in place to support product exchanges. Have you had a change of heart, or would you prefer the same product in a different color or with alternative compatibility features? You can initiate a return of the product to us within 60 days from the date of purchase, following our standard Returns process. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method you used for the order. Subsequently, you can select your desired product and place a new order on

Orders for replacement parts cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All replacement parts are final sale.
