Return Policy Mompush® Stroller

Missing/wrong product

After delivery, please check your package immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. All Mompush packages are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion. 

 

What is the return policy for Mompush® strollers?

If the product has any quality problems, we will pay the postage for your return.

But if you return the products for personal reasons, we will refund the full amount, but you need to pay for the postage.

If you want to return your stroller, please fill in the form here and our customer service will contact you within 24-48 hours on working days.

NOTE:

Refund will be processed in 14 days after we receive the item.

Make sure you have communicated with our staff before returning, or we will not accept.
