Are the bassinets approved for overnight sleeping?

Our Ultimate2 bassinets are not tested for overnight safe sleeping practices and we recommend you monitor your little one regularly while napping in their pram. There are currently no Safety Standards for bassinet-safe sleeping in the US. Some companies will state compliance with an international standard however we have been advised by industry experts that they would never approve a pram bassinet as a safe sleeping environment which is why we continue to encourage regular monitoring. Pram bassinets are much narrower than sleeping bassinets and even with mesh sides that are breathable, when a baby's nose presses up against the mesh it can block their nose causing suffocation risk (note: babies breathe almost exclusively through their noses until at least 4 months of age).

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 60 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course, the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund. You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.

Please don't worry about the smell. We submit all of our fabrics and materials to testing for harmful substances such as lead, phthalates, mercury, and cadmium and all strollers meet ASTM F833-15 standards. Our seat and basket are made of polyester with organic cotton approved by OEKO-TEX® stands.

Please kindly place the stroller in a well-ventilated area, such as a balcony or outdoors (avoiding direct sunlight), for a few days to a week. The smell should gradually diminish. - Cleaning: Use mild soapy water or a special baby product cleaner to clean the fabric parts of the stroller, then let it dry thoroughly.

How should I clean my stroller?

- Use a soft brush to brush down the pram and remove any dirt or dust making sure you get into all the nooks and crannies. (i.e. inside the wheels hubs, inside the joints of all folding parts, etc). You could also give it a good vacuum.

-At the first sign of rust, remove with steel wool

-All plastic, fabric, and metal parts of the pram may be sponged clean with a soft cloth in warm water and a mild detergent.

-Wipe dry with a soft towel or cloth and allow all parts to dry thoroughly before using.

-The seat liner and bassinet mattress liner are machine washable on a delicate setting(maximum water temperature of 30℃)however hand-washing will keep them looking newer for longer.

For Mompush strollers we warrant that our frames are free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. Next, unzip the footrest at the bottom to remove the internal foot cover.
